Crate Unpacking Instructions

Follow these steps to unpack your delivery safely and correctly.

Step 1: Crate delivered with Bradleys branding and no visible exterior damage.

Your crate should arrive with Bradleys branding and no signs of exterior damage.

Step 2: Locate the shockwatch indicator and inspect for signs of impact.

Locate the shockwatch indicator and inspect for signs of impact. This indicates whether the crate may have been mishandled.

Step 3: Locate and identify the fixing screws around the crate.

Locate the fixing screws identified with a black circle around each screw.

Step 4: Remove the crate top using a cross-head screwdriver.

Unscrew the top of the crate using a cross-head screwdriver and remove the top panel.

Step 5: Remove the front panel after unscrewing the marked screws.

If your crate is tall or wide, remove the front panel next. Unscrew the marked black-circle screws first.

Step 6: Carefully remove wrapping and tape from the export packaging.

Carefully remove tape and wrapping only from the export protection layers using a sharp knife or scissors.

Most of our packaging is recyclable. Please separate materials where possible and recycle responsibly.
