Your crate should arrive looking something like this, with Bradleys branding and no signs of any exterior damage. 

Check the shockwatch indicator is not red. If it is please photograph stages of unpacking to assess for damage. Thes indicators are used to inform us if crates have been manhandled or over turned.

Locate the fixing screws, indentified with a black circle around them.

Unscrew the top of the crate with a cross headed screw driver and remove the panel.

If a tall or wide crate there maybe the front panel to remove. Again please unscrew where the black circles are around the screws.

Remove the items from the crate and unpack using a sharp knife or scissors. Be careful not to cut deep into the item as you only need to remove the tape on the export wrapping or cardboard.
